Remake a guild - Guild Wars Forums

I am in a guild rite now and the guy won't sell it but hes going to disband it....

so when he disbands it can i make my own guild with the same name?

or is it once the name of a guild was used it can never be used again even if the guild no longer exists?

The name is taken, I would think the name is stuck to that guild or we would have wannabe Top Guild Ranked groups roaming around. The initials you can use but the name I doubt it .

that sux i really wanted to remake it, but u can remake character names so why does it not work with a guild name?

i havent tried that with guild names but i have multiple accounts and have made a character on one account then deleted it and tried to put the same name on my other account and it didnt work for 24 hours. so im guessing maybe you should just try it and if it says its taken try it again the next day
